Jab well done!

First dose done,! After several months of updating their immunization vaccines due to covid 2020, the last step is this covax. by the way vaccine brand is pfizer,. Thank you Lord for the corage to cooperate in this health program. Praise God they didnt experience any negative side effects on thier first dose. Good Jab kids!

Peach salad and Peach mango pie

Peach Salad by yours truly

-lettuce (I used butterhead lettuce)

-onions (white or violet)

-cucumber

-tomatoes

-green bell pepper

-arugula

-sliced peaches

Seasoning:

Ceasar salad seasoning

*combined all accordingly then mix well to incorporate. Enjoy!

Peach Mango Pie

-bread

-eggs

-bredcrumbs

-smashed mangoes

-smashed peaches

-sugar (1 tablespoon)

-slurry (1 tablespoon + 2-3 tablespoon water then mix)

You will do:

  1. Flatten the bread uing rollingpin
  2. Cut the edges
  3. the set aside
  4. Put the combined smshed mangoes and peaches in a pan
  5. then add sugar
  6. then add the slurry then mix well
  7. let it cool for 5-8 mins
  8. then put small amount in a flatten bread
  9. then gently pinch the sides to closed the edges
  10. then dip in the beaten egg
  11. then dip in breadcrumbs
  12. then fry
  13. voila Enjoy your crunchy homemade peach mango pie!
